This equestrian mindset session is neither instruction nor critique. It is a review of your ride from the subtle perspective of your unconscious and your combined energy patterns with your horse and environment. Cancellation Policy
RideReveal™ Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy Thank you for booking your RideReveal™ Video Insight session! To ensure the highest-quality experience and honor the time invested in reviewing your ride, please carefully read the following policy. Video Submission & Scheduling Sessions must be scheduled at least 5 days after video submission to allow for thorough review and preparation. This ensures you receive the most accurate insight and tailored guidance during your session. Rescheduling Policy More than 24 hours before your session ➤ You may reschedule without penalty, subject to availability. Less than 24 hours’ notice ➤ Rescheduling is not guaranteed and may be treated as a cancellation, depending on timing. Cancellation & Refund Policy More than 5 days before your session ➤ You may reschedule or cancel for free. Between 5 days and 48 hours before your session ➤ Cancellations receive a 50% refund to cover the time and resources already invested. Less than 48 hours before your session or no-shows ➤ No refund will be given, as video review and preparation will already be completed. ➤ Session is forfeited. General Terms If you cancel without rescheduling, refunds are issued according to the terms above. Clients are strongly encouraged to reschedule when possible to retain value from their investment. We appreciate your understanding that your video submission initiates dedicated preparation time to deliver the best possible support and results.
