Amrit Premgeet
After decades as a professional equestrian, Amrit Premgeet is now a Kundalini Yoga teacher and mind–body guide specializing in the connection between digestion, the nervous system, and embodied well-being.
Through her own journey of gut healing, she came to understand firsthand the profound impact an imbalanced digestive system can have on overall vitality. Today, she guides others in partnering with their bodies to restore balance, resilience, and sustainable radiance.
Her teaching blends breathwork, movement, and meditation in a grounded, accessible way, supporting both beginners and experienced practitioners. With a background in high-performance coaching and deep study of mind–body healing, Amrit brings a calm, focused, and professional presence to her classes.
Certified as both a KRI Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher and Master Jungian Life Coach — her work offers students practical tools for lasting vitality, inner stability, and embodied awareness.
